  • Q:I forgot to type my promo code in and already made my purchase.

    Send us an email on sells@sheflash.com and tell us your order # with the promo code.

    Q:I want to apply multiple discount codes but it will not let me?

    Unfortunately, you are only able to use one discount code per transaction.

  • Q:Why did I not receive the full refund?

    We charge a $3 restocking fee for orders that received free shipping. For those who paid more for shipping, the shipping has been processed, so the shipping amount was deducted from the overall total.

  • Q:What if I do not have the exterior original packaging?

    If you no longer have the box or padded envelope your package was shipped in, please make sure to ship it in packaging that will prevent the item from incurring damage during transit. All individual pieces must be returned in the original packaging and manner it was received.

  • Q:What if I do not have the original receipt?

    Please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return. This helps us identify and process your return efficiently.

  • Q:Does a back pendant count as a made to order item?

    Back pendants are considered handcrafted and must be returned unworn, in its ORIGINAL packaging with receipt, and in the same condition it was received within 7 days of delivery.

  • Q:What is your returns policy?

    Items for return must be in its ORIGINAL packaging and arrive no later than 14 days after the delivery date. If an item is returned and it appears to be worn, damaged, altered in anyway, no refund can be given. You will be notified and the item will be sent back to you. OR you will be charged a 10% percent restocking fee.

    Custom-Made/ made to order items, including headpieces, body chains, and most necklaces (noted in the description) are all handmade to order and cannot be returned. Returns will be processed in 3-5 business days

  • Q:I want to exchange for another size/style but I do not have time to wait for the return to be processed.

    Place a new order and return the original order. We will process the return within 3-5 business days.

  • Q:Can I exchange my item?

    You must return your order within 14 days upon delivery date (see return instructions) for more information and place a new order.

  • Q:Does processing time include shipping time?

    Processing time does not include shipping time. Weekends do not count as business days.

  • Q:How long does it take to process my order?

    Please note we stop processing orders at 11:00am EST and our general processing time is 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product page. Please view our shipping page for detailed information.

  • Q:I need my items ASAP. Do you offer rush shipping?

    If you need your pieces to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout.
