For most of the countries,our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. RETURNS

We understand pieces may not work out for you and that’s okay. Items must be returned in its original packaging and arrive no later than 21 days (for International orders - 30 days) after the delivery date. Returns that arrive at our studio after 21 days (International orders - 30 days) will not be accepted. Returns do not apply to any custom/ made-to-order pieces.

You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice to return your merchandise. We are not responsible for lost return packages, so please take note of the tracking number.

When sending your piece back, please fill out the return/exchange form included in your order and have the item placed in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued within 2-3 days after we receive your package. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.

EXCHANGES

Please contact us at sells@sheflash.com within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure exchange. Once approved, we must have your merchandise returned to our studio within 21 days of the customer receiving their order. Before sending, please indicate on the order invoice what item and size you are exchanging for.

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS

Custom-Made/ made to order items, including headpieces, body chains, and most necklaces (noted in the description) are all handmade to order and cannot be returned.

WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEM

Amy O. will pay for shipping returns for damaged or incorrect items received. Please email sells@sheflash.com to receive a shipping pre-label and write the subject as "sheflash.com Return Damaged Item/Wrong Item, Order #RNB____".

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
